- Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Some services require account creation with accurate and complete information. Providing false information or using the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. - Pricing, Payment, and Shipping
Prices include applicable local taxes (where applicable) but exclude shipping fees. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cash on delivery (locally), and bank transfers (internationally).
Delivery Times:- Within Jordan and Palestine: 24 to 48 hoursfrom order confirmation.
- International: 5 to 10 business daysfrom order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or clearance fees in their country.
- Cancellations and Returns
- Order Cancellation by the Customer:
- Within Jordan and Palestine: Within 12 hoursof placing the order.
- International: Within 24 hoursof placing the order.
Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
- Order Cancellation by the Company:We reserve the right to cancel any order for operational or technical reasons (such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) with a full refund issued via the original payment method.
- Returns:Accepted within 7 days for unopened and unused products, with proof provided. In the case of a justified quality complaint or delivery error, a full or partial refund will be issued.
