Izhiman’s Coffee officially opened, on Saturday evening (10/12/2022), a new branch on Ein Sara Street in Hebron. With this opening, the branch becomes the third in Hebron Governorate and the eleventh across cities of the West Bank.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of Hebron Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Abdo Idris, Chairman of the Board of Izhiman’s Coffee Haj Mohammad Izhiman, in addition to a number of company employees and administrators, representatives of both the public and private sectors, and a large gathering of citizens.

*Branches…* the Company’s Primary Interface
For his part, Deputy General Manager of Izhiman’s Coffee, Mr. Fadel Kdair, stated that “the opening of the new branch in Hebron is part of the company’s strategic plan, which is based on expansion and presence across all Palestinian cities, while providing the best products in accordance with the highest specifications and standards.”

He added, “We aspire to open one or more branches in every city, located close to areas where citizens and wholesale traders gather, in order to reach the largest possible number of customers and meet their needs.”

Regarding the importance of branches to the company, Kdair explained that “branches are extremely important, as they enable the company to obtain fast and genuine feedback on the quality of its various products, and to work on improving them based on customers’ opinions and valuable observations.”

*Hebron… a Central Market*
In turn, Sales Manager at Izhiman’s Coffee, Mr. Amer Al-Qeeq, stated that “the opening of the new Hebron branch comes within the framework of the company’s policy focused on excellence in service performance and product quality.”

Regarding the company’s interest in Hebron and the opening of its third branch there, Al-Qeeq noted that Hebron is considered a central market, as it is a large and geographically extensive governorate, encompassing hundreds of villages, towns, and refugee camps, and is the most populous city in the West Bank.

With the opening of the Hebron branch, the total number of Izhiman’s Coffee branches has reached fifteen across Palestine and Jordan: four (4) in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, four (4) in Nablus, three (3) in Hebron, and four (4) in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
