Opening of Bin Izhiman's Fourteenth Branch in Nablus

On July 27, 2019, Bin Izhiman Stores opened a new branch in Nablus, marking the company’s fourteenth branch overall and the fourth in the West Bank. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the private sector, a large group of citizens, as well as the company’s administrative and staff members. The branches of Bin Izhiman have become a key aspect of the company’s identity.
In his speech at the opening, Abdul-Razzaq Rabea, the manager of Bin Izhiman’s branches in Palestine, who also cut the ribbon, stated: “This new branch is part of the company’s strategic plan, which is focused on expansion and spreading across all Palestinian cities.” He added, “We aim to have branches in every city in Palestine and Jordan to reach as many customers and wholesale traders as possible and meet their needs.”
Regarding the importance of the branches for the company, Rabea explained: “The branches are extremely important to us because they provide direct and honest feedback on the quality of our products and the level of service provided. This allows us to improve based on customer opinions and important suggestions.” He continued, “The branches serve as the company’s main face, so we are keen to present them in the best possible way.” He also mentioned, “We select our staff carefully and elevate their performance through specialized training. We also pay close attention to product display so that customers feel completely comfortable when entering any of our branches.”
Healthy Competition Strengthened by Diverse Tastes
Meanwhile, Abdullah Abu Aisha, the sales manager at Bin Izhiman, said: “The company’s products, including coffee, spices, nuts, and chocolate, have earned the trust of Palestinian and Jordanian consumers in general, and Nablus residents in particular. After the significant success of our previous three branches, we decided to open the fourth one in Nablus today.”
He continued: “Bin Izhiman Stores is the largest Palestinian coffee producer, offering products that meet global quality standards. As a result, we have captured a significant market share in Nablus in a short period, through fair competition based on diverse tastes.” Abu Aisha also emphasized that this step confirms the competitiveness of Palestinian products with international ones, which has contributed to the company’s rapid expansion.
He pointed out that the opening of multiple branches in Palestinian governorates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has played a small but important role in creating job opportunities for young people.
During the grand opening event, the company distributed numerous gifts to the citizens and visitors.
It is worth mentioning that Bin Izhiman started as a family business under the leadership of its founder, Haj Mohammed Izhiman Abu Al-Qasim, and developed under the supervision and efforts of his sons, Qasem and Nasser. Over the past two decades, the company has shifted towards institutional work, relying on its distinguished administrative team and adopting a corporate governance strategy for private companies. This approach has enabled the company to enter global markets, in line with the board’s vision to expand internationally.
With the opening of the Nablus branch, Bin Izhiman Stores now operates a total of fourteen branches across Palestine and Jordan.
