Production Department / Unit Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the department’s production operations efficiently and professionally by planning and directly supervising all stages of roasting, grinding, and packaging. The role ensures compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and food safety regulations, while achieving operational targets within approved timelines. This contributes to improving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and enhancing the sustainability of the factory’s performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the production team and distribute tasks in coordination with the Head of the Production Unit.
Manage and monitor production lines at all stages in accordance with the production manual and instructions.
Ensure product compliance with quality standards throughout all manufacturing stages.
Monitor raw material inventory, request required supplies, and control storage conditions.
Manage receiving, dispatching, and inventory processes in line with Finance Department procedures.
Document production, purchasing, and sales transactions in the approved system.
Reduce waste and supervise recycling processes in coordination with the Quality Department.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
Follow up on orders received from the Sales Department and ensure delivery of finished products to branches.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, production lines, and the department in general.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of practical experience in production or the food industry.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of quality assurance and occupational safety procedures.
Proficiency in using operational systems and software.
