Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to existing and potential customers. The role aims to achieve defined sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Job Description:

1. Work towards achieving sales growth targets.
2. Follow the daily route plan, organized with the approval of the Sales Supervisor.
3. Continuously search for new customers and follow up on new shops.
4. Receive customer calls, meet their needs, and ensure fast delivery of goods.
5. Collect all customer-related data and provide it to the company through the sales system.
6. Represent the company through promotional campaigns, gifts, messages, and offers.
7. Track and communicate all customer complaints and needs to the company.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of company assets.
9. Adhere to sales processes using official systems and documentation (delivery notes, invoices, orders, etc.) according to regulations.
10. Ensure providing customers with sales invoices and payment receipts.
11. Adhere to the official dress code.
12. Commit to official working hours and inform the direct manager of any changes.
13. Comply with traffic laws and regulations.
14. Follow fuel consumption and refueling procedures.
15. Conduct periodic and surprise inventory checks and report results to management according to procedures.
16. Commit to daily cash deposits within the specified time and deposit collected amounts in full in all currencies.
17. Follow up on collecting outstanding receivables from customers within the allowed periods.
18. Propose ideas or suggestions that contribute to achieving sales growth targets.
19. Conduct periodic and surprise inventory checks and report results to management according to procedures.
20. Do not use company assets for personal purposes without approval from the direct manager.
21. Do not transport unauthorized goods or individuals not affiliated with the company.
22. Assist in transporting company goods, gifts, and samples.
23. Support the success of promotional campaigns and provide all necessary requirements.
24. Follow up on damaged and expired goods with the direct manager according to disposal procedures.
25. Maintain confidentiality of work-related data.
26. Comply with work instructions and perform any tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of the defined role.
