Job Summary:
The Institutional Sales Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeting companies and institutions. The role aims to achieve sales targets and increase market share by building strong customer relationships and providing innovative solutions that meet corporate clients’ needs.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales objectives targeting companies, institutions, and the HORECA sector.
- Build and expand the customer base of institutions and HORECA clients.
- Analyze customer needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements for products or gifts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure suitable solutions are offered to clients.
- Monitor sales and analyze data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Submit periodic reports to the Retail Sales Manager on sales performance and analysis of results.
- Participate in tenders and commercial offers for companies, manage the bidding process, and finalize contracts in coordination with the Legal Department.
- Evaluate employees, train them, and provide the necessary recommendations to improve staff performance.
- Follow up on customer complaints regularly, work to resolve them, and submit periodic reports to the Retail Sales Manager.
- Propose and generate new ideas to improve sales results.
- Utilize systems and resources to provide the highest levels of customer service.
- Follow up on accounts receivable collection with institutional sales representatives across all regions.
- Collect receivables directly from key clients.
- Monitor key clients’ purchase volumes regularly and communicate with management in case of any issue with any of them.
- Comply with work instructions and any tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of the defined role.
Geographical Scope of the Position:
Izhiman Chain Stores Company and its branches in Palestine.
