Job Title: Branch Sales and Promotion Officer
Job Summary:
The Branch Sales and Promotion Officer is responsible for increasing the company’s sales by promoting products or services at branches or sub-locations and achieving defined sales targets.
Job Description:
- Welcome customers and provide service according to agreed standards, offering advice on products or services.
- Meet customer needs across all departments, primarily focusing on the department under your responsibility.
- Adhere to sales procedures, weighing, and mixing ratios according to the work plan guidelines.
- Monitor stock, check product validity, and request shortages from the factory in coordination with the branch manager.
- Receive orders and verify the quantities delivered.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and understand the mechanisms of scales and equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hospitality tools and company assets used in work.
- Follow the cleanliness program as instructed by the branch manager.
- Keep the department and other branch areas clean, ensuring overall hygiene standards.
- Focus on increasing sales, attracting branch customers to the department, and being ready throughout the shift.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets defined for branches or locations.
- Report to the manager any malfunctions related to company assets such as machines, scales, goods, shelves, etc.
- Load and unload goods to and from the branch.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, external tasks, and any work tasks internally or externally that benefit the company and business operations.
- Coordinate and follow up with the Sales Supervisor during promotional campaigns and be prepared to carry out any tasks that serve marketing of company products, organize, clean, and arrange merchandise on clients’ grocery store and supermarket shelves.
- Report any customer complaints or problems, whether internal or external, related to work.
- Comply with periodic and surprise inventory checks, collaborate with colleagues, and sign all official documents regarding receipt and delivery.
- Comply with work instructions and perform any tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of the defined role.
