Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and blended drinks, according to the company’s quality standards. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Description:

• Greet customers and provide service in accordance with defined standards.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages and blended drinks according to set quality standards and ingredient ratios.
• Advise customers and explain the product menu upon request.
• Operate beverage preparation machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain preparation equipment and the surrounding area regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and request necessary supplies for beverage preparation.
• Comply with all safety, health, and hygiene policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Respond to customer suggestions and new ideas.
• Follow up on customer complaints, work on resolving them, and report them to management.
• Suggest and develop new ideas to improve sales performance.
• Provide the highest level of service to customers.
• Comply with work instructions and perform any tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of the defined role.
