Job Summary: The Barista prepares and serves a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and mixed drinks, according to the quality standards set by the company. They provide excellent customer service and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Job Description:

1. Welcoming customers and providing customer service according to specified standards.
2. Preparing hot and cold beverages and mixed drinks according to specified quality standards and ingredient ratios.
3. Advising customers and explaining the product menu upon request.
4. Handling beverage preparation machines and tools safely and efficiently.
5. Cleaning and maintaining preparation equipment and the surrounding area on a regular basis.
6. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering the materials needed for beverage preparation.
7. Complying with all safety, health, and hygiene policies.
8. Working effectively with the team and cooperating with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
9. Responding to new suggestions and ideas raised by customers.
10. Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them, in addition to informing management of the matter.
11. Suggesting and generating new ideas to improve sales results.
12. Providing the highest levels of customer service.
13. Adhering to work instructions and all tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of the specified job.
