In September 2023, Izhiman Coffee organized its annual staff trip in Palestine and Jordan, continuing its yearly tradition of events aimed at strengthening team spirit and employee engagement.
The trip took place at the Jericho Resort Village for the Palestinian team and at the Mövenpick Hotel at the Dead Sea for the Jordanian team. It included a variety of recreational and cultural group activities, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
During the trip, held under the theme “With Our Values, We Innovate”, the company announced the winners of the “Values Competition”, in which employees had participated over the past months. Several

valuable prizes were awarded, including a group Umrah trip for the winning campaign staff, reflecting the company’s appreciation for its employees and its ongoing commitment to fostering creativity, teamwork, and adherence to corporate values.
